metafit -  Are you up for it?

metafit is the popular bodyweight only training system. It works by boosting the metabolism long after you have stopped exercising and ultimately burning fat.  

The duration of the session is 30 minutes of high intensity, combining intervals of cardio, body and core strength.

metafit is challenging for all fitness levels. Why not give it a go.

Please contact us if you would like further information or would like to book a private class for you and some family or friends.  Minimum class size is 6, prices on request


Adults £3.50 per class and booking is required.  You can now  contact us to reserve your place then pay online by clicking below.

We can also deliver private classes for up to 8 people. Please contact us for prices and availability.  These are ideal if you simply want to train with a few friends and family.

All participants will be asked to complete a physical activity readiness questionaire, to ensure that they are ready for exercise.
